Your privacy, explained plainly

When you create an account: your email address, full name, profile avatar, bio, country, and preferred language, if you provide them.

When you build a page: the names, messages, photos, and audio you add to customize your template. This content is stored as part of your page's data.

When you pay for a package: if you pay via EasyPaisa or bank transfer, the payment method you chose and a screenshot of your transaction, which you upload as proof of payment. If you're paying from outside Pakistan, we arrange payment with you directly over WhatsApp instead, and that conversation happens within WhatsApp's own app, not on this platform.

When someone views a published page: we log the device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop) and the referring page, so page owners can see basic view counts.

Photos and audio you upload are stored in our file storage system (Supabase Storage), and a public link to the file is saved with your page.

If a file upload fails for any reason, the platform falls back to embedding a compressed copy of the image directly inside your page's data instead of losing it. In that case, the image lives in the database itself rather than in file storage.

Payment screenshots are handled the same way by design — they are converted to a compressed image and saved directly in the order record in our database, not in file storage.

While you are still editing a page and haven't saved or submitted it yet, a draft copy is kept in your browser's local storage so you don't lose your work if you close the tab.

• We do not set tracking cookies. Your login session is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
• We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising tracker.
• We do not track or record your geographic location. The only view data we keep is device type and referrer.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your page content with advertisers.

Supabase is our sole backend provider — it hosts our database, file storage, and handles account authentication. It is the only third party with technical access to the data described above.

Google Fonts is used to load the typefaces on this site. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends your IP address and basic browser information to Google on every page load, as with any website that uses externally-hosted fonts.

Payments themselves are manual: EasyPaisa and bank transfer are simply transfer destinations, and customers paying from outside Pakistan are directed to WhatsApp to arrange payment with us. We do not use an integrated payment gateway, so no payment processor automatically receives your data through this platform — any data those services see is handled entirely within their own apps when you send the payment or message us.

Every page has an expiry date based on the package you purchased (21 or 45 days). When a page expires, its view history and version history are permanently deleted.

The page record itself is marked as expired and hidden from public view, but is not immediately erased from our database — this lets us assist with support requests about a recently-expired page.

Photos and audio you uploaded to file storage are not automatically deleted when a page expires or is removed. If you would like your uploaded files and any remaining page data permanently erased, email us at greetingvibes786@gmail.com and we'll remove it.

You can ask to see what data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or have your data deleted. Account deletion isn't self-service yet — email us at greetingvibes786@gmail.com and we'll handle it manually.

If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
