For as long as your package is active, you get 3 free revisions — swap a photo, fix a typo, change the color or text, whatever you need. Need more than 3? Just reach out to customer support and we'll sort it out.
Before your page goes live
100% refund
You placed an order and paid, but your page hasn't been published yet. Since nothing has been delivered, you get a full refund if you change your mind or ask us to cancel.
After your page goes live
No refund
Once your page is published, it's a personalized digital product that's already been delivered — built around the exact photos, names, and messages you provided. We don't offer refunds after this point.
A technical problem we can't fix
Full refund
If your published page isn't working correctly and we're unable to fix it within 48 hours of you reporting it, you get a full refund.
Accidental double payment

If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, the extra payment is refunded in full.
How a refund is paid
Approved refunds are sent back through the same method you paid with — EasyPaisa or bank transfer, or, for payments arranged over WhatsApp, whichever method was agreed with you there — within 7 working days.
